The RIAA are up to their usual shenanigans, again going after someone who has never installed file sharing software on their computer.

The defendant in this case though is fighting back, claiming the RIAA are using the court system to "shore up the American recording industry's failing business model."

Catherine Njuguna was sued by the RIAA, even though she was in Oklahoma City the day she was alleged to have shared music.
