Judge calls for compulsory DNA submissions
Mikey no commentsEngland: Lord Justice Sedley is calling for all UK citizens and visitors to added to a national DNA database.
The current database in English and Wales holds around 4 million samples obtained from guilty and cleared citizens.
A Spokesperson for the PM said that aside from the privacy and civil liberty concerns, it would create huge "logistical and bureaucratic issues".
