You have probably already seen plenty ' and alike before, but this one is particularly amazing for two reasons.
Firstly, the pedophile in this case attempted to offend twice withn 24 hours, despite being given a second chance. Secondly, and the thing that stumped me the most, is they give the predator a third chance.

Monday 30th July 2007 | 08:58 AMI'm not entirely sure when the paradigm shifted to such a degree that these people think there is any sort of justification for what they inflict. While I'm sure peadophelia existed long before it ripped its self into the public eye, it just seems to be getting worse and worse. People seem to be continually reoffending.
So the question here is; the adults have admitted or have been convicted of a serious criminal offence, one that will forever change the victim. We know from criminal statistics that over 80% of sex offenders reoffend within only months of being let out. It is at least obvious to me that these people are hindered by a serious mental defect and require chemical alteration and incarceration. Castration doesn't work with these people; they still have digits.
The criminal justice system is visibly negligent.

"police raided Kennellys apartment and removed his computer. Hes been charged with using a computer to solicit a minora felony. His trial is scheduled for later this year. "
