The FBI really does suck at Photoshop

This is one very embarrassing blunder. The FBI claims to have used 'cutting edge' technology to reveal what Osama Bin Laden would look like today now that he's older.
Nothings strange there, except that the FBI's interpretation of 'cutting edge' is to take a campaign photo of Spain's former leader of the United left Coalition (3rd photo shown below) and make some ameature Photoshop manipulations (the middle photo below). Naturally, Gaspar Llamazares is pissed.

I'm not sure which part is funnier. The FBI's interpretation of 'cutting edge' or that the end result still looks more like Mr Llamazares than it does Bin Laden. Either way you look at it, the FBI really does suck at Photoshop.

It was probably done by using some sort of photo library and I doubt really wether the tech at the other end knew who's hair he was using.
It looks more like bin laden than Llamazares.

The U.S. military industrial complex (wikipedia it) has only one fatal flaw: it needs an enemy. The Russians quit on us, so the USG, Congress, the FBI, the CIA (insert your own list of intelligence organizations and defense contractors here) demonized bin Laden and started the war on terror. Dick and Donnie orchestrated 9/11 to seal our fate.
