Orphan searches for biological father: discovers it's Charles Manson
Mikey 7 commentsMatthew Roberts was ten years old when his sister told him that he was adopted. His adoptive Father told him that no good would come from knowing who his real father was, but Matthews curiosity got the better of him. He contacted an agency that eventually turned up his real Mother, a woman named Terry.
Upon meeting Terry she revealed that his real name wasn't Matthew, but was in fact Lawrence Alexander. Although she wouldn't give up his last name at first, eventually she confessed that she had been raped in 1967 by one Charles Manson, during a time when she fell under his influence.
Charles Manson has since confirmed he is likely Matthews father, and says he even remembers him as a boy.
Said Matthew on discovering he is the son of a serial killer and the product of a rape:
"He's my biological father - I can't help but have some kind of emotional connection. That's the hardest thing of all - feeling love for a monster who raped my mother. I don't want to love him, but I don't want to hate him either"
Wow. There's even a resemblance. With this now a fact, I would be making an effort to lose the goate and long hair.

...in response to this comment by Rodney. I wonder if going public with this news has helped him deal with it in any way. As far as mind f*cks go this is one is hard to top.
at least he has got thru this far in life without incident..
...in response to this comment by Rodney. Probably skin head isn't a flattering image either though!
This story is two parts incredible and one part hilarious. What a ludicrous and sureal turn of events!
I cannot see any resemblance at all!
The eyes, eyebrow and nose are completely different.
Even the cheekbone structure has no similarity.
The mouth is the only part that sort of looks similar but you would look like anyone who had a moustache.
Even the hair is different - wavy compared to straight.
To me he looks more like the Son of "James Earl Jones" out of "Conan the Barbarian".

Tuesday 24th November 2009 | 07:59 PMThat's surreal. Probably makes him think hard about all the times he's been angry and wished someone else harm. I wonder in what ways this will effect him.
And I agree - if I was him, I'd be short-back-and-sides and clean shaven to hide the resemblance.
