Your Google Favicons Presented
Mikey 14 commentsEarlier this week we asked you to submit your own Google favicon for no other reason than for the fun - and the bonus kudos of course.
Having designed my fair share of favicon over the years I know how challenging it can be to be creative on a 16 x 16 pixel canvas, so all things considered the entries below were not all that bad :-) And because I won't ask you to try anything I'm not willing to try myself, I even submitted an entry.
Here they are in no particular order. I added drop shadows to separate them from this white background.
Thanks to everyone who submitted an icon. To claim your kudos just leave a comment below and I will award it a value of 15 when I come back later to read it.
Nice work everyone!
Imagine the possibilities if we had a 17 x 17 resolution limit =D
...in response to this comment by Jack. Hah imagine that? Craziness!
Man what was I thinking!?

Everyone going for the g/G, but I guess it had to be that way.

...in response to this comment by Mikey. It looks like you couldn't give yourself the 15, so here's one:P

...in response to this comment by Greg M. Thanks dude... I actually thought mine sucked the most... although it was clear what it represented. :-)
