Pakistan comes to its senses: Youtube back online

Pakistan says the ban on Youtube has been lifted and everything is back to normal. The videos which caused the initial ban have been removed, something which could have easily been done without taking the entire site down (and causing an international outage at the same time).

A spokesman said:

"We have issued instructions to all internet service providers that YouTube should be unblocked as the specific content has been removed by the website"
