OGC logo: Unintentional sexual inuendo

Look carefully at the logo below.
Looks rather innocent, doesn't it? What about when you turn it on it's side?
My sides are splitting. The official logo for the Office of Government Commerce cost £14,000 to produce, but obviously the designers didn't inspect it from all angles. Or did they? :-)
