A ski mask clad man has held up an ice cream store with a stapler and gotten away with $175.

Thirty two year old Gerald A. Rocchi was arrested a short time later, when employees of the store pointed police into the same direction Rocchi was headed.

At this time it is unknown what calibre staples were inside the stapler, but luckily for the staff who cooperated with the bandit, he never fired the weapon.
